Stonington Woods provides for all common areas in the community

The services provided are:

• Maintaining the lawns, bushes, and tree's.

• Keeping the roads passable and in good shape.

• Providing storm water drainage and runoff protection.

• Cleaning roof top gutters.

• Liability Insurance protection on common property.

• Other actions as required

What we ask of our owners:

• Don't ask your neighbors to pay your way. Pay your dues.

• Pay your dues every quarter.

If you think the dues are to high, come join with us to rework the budget so that they will less starting in January!.
